Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required after each guest. We offer flat rates for standard turnovers, with add-ons available for deep cleans or special requests (like laundry, restocking, or staging). Discounts are available for recurring cleanings, multiple-property owners, and long-term partnerships. All fees are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by learning about the property and any specific cleaning or staging preferences you have. If you provide a checklist, we’ll follow it closely; if not, we can create one for you based on hosting best practices. We confirm details like laundry, restocking, and key exchange if needed. From there, we handle turnovers reliably and on schedule, making sure the property is guest-ready every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over a decade of experience in construction, which gives us an added layer of expertise when it comes to property care. Along with detailed cleaning, we thoroughly inspect plumbing fixtures, appliances, and electrical systems to make sure everything is working properly for each guest check-in. Our cleaning staff each bring over 20 years of individual experience. They are highly skilled in deep cleaning, staging, and turnover-specific details such as making beds with hotel-level precision, restocking essentials, and spotting small maintenance issues before they become problems. Their consistency and eye for detail ensure every property is guest-ready, every time. We also have a dedicated laundry specialist with more than 20 years of experience working at a professional dry cleaner. Her expertise allows us to properly treat different fabrics, extend linen lifespan, and handle even tough stains that standard laundry methods can’t address. This not only keeps linens fresh and spotless for your guests, but also saves property owners money by reducing linen replacement costs. Finally, we maintain trusted references for hasty repairs if urgent issues arise, so our clients know their property is in capable hands from cleaning to maintenance.
