We had Cosmo Cleaning do a final move-out clean of our house and they did a wonderful job. They were speedy and efficient and left the house looking fabulous. They were extremely personable and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them/the service again.

I felt that I communicated my needs, though providing a written list might have made things clearer. Overall, the cleaning was satisfactory—more of a standard clean than a deep clean. It’s possible my expectations were just a bit too high. Regardless I am appreciative of your time.

We had a disagreement. I contracted for 2 workers for 3 hours, and then only 1 worker showed up and was an hour late. That worker was excellent and worked c. 3.3 hours, but then Cosmo tried to charge me an additional $45 for her being there a half hour longer… but it was originally for 2 workers, so it took the one person a half hour longer. They finally reduced it to a lesser amount, but still an overcharge for one worker. So the worker was excellent, but the company rep overcharged and did not ,make a discount for having only one worker.
