- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initially cleans are always $65 an hour, unless we come, and the conditions are light, we will charge the regular monthly deep cleaning rate of $60 an hour. Professional house painting is estimated on site and is determined by market paint prices, square footage, damaging repair, as well as time it may take to move furniture etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the customer’s needs. For house cleaning, I use a short questionnaire to accurately estimate the job. For interior painting, I schedule a same-day or next-day walkthrough to assess the space and provide an on-site estimate. After that, I review the timeline, pricing, and availability so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the construction industry for six years, including three years in sales and project coordination and four years specializing in interior and exterior painting. I also have extensive training in move-out cleaning, deep cleaning systems, and maintaining homes to a professional standard.
