We had Spiffy Home Cleaning come in and do a partial cleaning of our 4b/3b home. The communal areas, one of the bedrooms and two of the bathrooms was all we requested. Once the ladies -- Elizabeth and Beatriz -- came out and started working and we saw the effort and workmanship, we immediately regretted not having them do it all. The idea initially was that we have some people coming in from out of town so we wanted to have the house cleaned to welcome them properly. And the one bedroom we had them assist with is one occupied by my mother who has dementia so she is not quite as diligent with cleaning as she once was. And after the daily duties of being her sole caretaker, honestly neither am I. This was more than a help for us. It's something we have decided to put on the schedule quarterly just to keep a good baseline. The ladies were very professional and kind. They were interrupted a few times by my mother and my dogs but they took it all in stride and with smiles. The home was sparkling clean when they were done and it made the space feel so much lighter and happy. I have already recommended Spiffy to my friends and would definitely work with them again.

I booked their deep cleaning service for my home and they exceeded every expectation. The team arrived right on time, came fully prepared with professional supplies, and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. Every corner of my house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, looked spotless and refreshed when they were done.What really stood out was how friendly and respectful the cleaners were, treating my home like their own. The difference after they finished was night and day. The whole place literally sparkled and smelled amazing. Will definitely call them again!

Service was super easy to set up and communication throughout was excellent (i.e., I was informed when the cleaner was on the way). The person they sent was friendly and came across as professional. He had all the necessary cleaning tools and products with him. We especially appreciated that he used the products in a way that did not leave an excessive chemical smell, which we had asked him for because of some sensitivities in the household.Overall, we came home to a clean house. The cleaning was good, though some things could have been done more thoroughly. For example, some spaces, especially in the kitchen, could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The company offers different levels of service, which is great. Perhaps communication of that service level and what it entails to the cleaning personnel could be improved.Great first experience with this company. I would book them again.

Envelyn did an amazing job for the cleaning! Everything is organized and cleaned when I got home! It was a flat fee but she definitely finished the job until it’s perfect instead of time’s up. Will definitely consider them as my monthly choices!
