They did a fabulous job deep cleaning my 2 bed 2 bath space! They were extremely responsive, punctual and did a thorough job. They start with a walk through of the house and then tackle each of the spaces comprehensively. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

The team of two were awesome and very sweet! They were very professional and on time. They did a great job on the housecleaning , and even made sure to ask to see if there was anything they might have missed that I would want done. I also appreciate that they were able to take my in for a cleaning on such last notice.
I will definitely be using them again!

This was my first experience with Total Maids Cleaning Service and I couldn't be happier. I sadly lost my last service due to the challenges of COVID and thought I would have a very difficult time replacing them. I was very impressed with Niki and her sister Jackie, they were right on time, a little early actually, and we walked through the house with both of our cleaning to do lists. Nikie's matched mine and then some. Before they finished Niki asked me to do a walk through to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and there work was excellent.
They spent 3 hours in my 2 bedroom home that was challenging as we are preparing to list on the market and things needed to be moved for access. Very pleasant demeanors and can do attitudes. My home is sparkling clean and I feel a whole lot better because of it. I have already booked them for next time. Thanks so much to you both!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for recurring services (Monthy, Weekly, Bi Weekly). Our prices are affordable. Our services included standard, deep, and Move-in/Move-out. We guarantee our customers get the best possible service for the lowest possible price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive we will do our first walk through, and answer any questions you may have. We can go over our checklist to show you what we offer. Then we will get to work. When we are finished there will be a final walk through to make sure you are satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started cleaning houses with our mom over 5 years ago the passion grew from there. Throughout the years we worked for different businesses cleaning houses, offices, construction houses, getting houses market-ready. You name it we've done it.
