Alena Sakuts and the Trusty Cleaning, LLC team were absolute lifesavers. They accommodated a last-minute move-in clean on a Sunday, and the work was impeccable. They didn't just do the basics; they handled all the extras like the tops of lights, the stove, and tubs to perfection. I was specifically impressed that they took off their street shoes and wore indoor cleaning shoes—a huge plus for keeping the floors pristine. I 110% recommend them and will be hiring them again for regular maintenance!

HOUSE & BRAIN FELT BRAND NEW - THIS IS YOUR NEW CLEANERI just moved a month ago, and my house had become a den of dog hair, dust, and disorganization. I dreaded waking up in it, and having to move through tufts of labrador hair.It had passed the point of "I can do this myself" so I looked for a reasonable cleaner who would do the things I don't even know how to do like vacuum the couch, and clean the grates of doors, but Alena did.Her and her helper showed up on time, they were fast, efficient, and worked around me. They were followed by my labrador, and Alena not only thanked me for letting me meet him, but said it was the best part of being here.She also listened to all my concerns, and offered her husband to help with some minor issues in the house. She cleaned the inside of my washer dryer, SHE MOVED THE COUCH to clean under it, and she left and said I could pay her later, which of course, I did, but it showed a level of trust and dedication.Trusty cleaners...are trusty, and they are superior cleaners. I'm happy to have them come once every two weeks, and it has been really nice to have a fresh start, where I can take care of the basics myself.RECOMMEND!!!!
