I was quoted for $330 for getting a 2b2b apartment cleaned out for tenant move out. Michael contacted me immediately once I requested for a quote. I told him the details of the condition of the place and sent pictures. The person came on time to do the clean work. He was a nice guy, but unfortunately he did not seem like a very experienced cleaner. If it is just light surface dirty, he would do a good job wiping off, like floor and dirty on the wall, but he spent 3.5 hrs cleaning bathroom shower and toilet, but the water stains on shower doors were only like 20% removed. Any experienced professional would know baking soda works great on these kind of stains, but he didn't use any effective cleaner to clean resulting in extra time spent but not effective. He told me that he had to leave after 4.5 hrs cleaning, while only the entire place was only half way done. I had to talk to Michael the manager that it was not ok to leave the place like this, so he said max 7 hr cleaning would be covered. In the end, the cleaning guy spent total 6 hr, leaving the kitchen pretty much 20% cleaned. The inside cabinets, the tough stains on the surface, the inside of dish wash or oven were not cleaned at all. I wouldn't blame the guy came for cleaning, because he seems a nice guy, and he doesn't get paid much at all. But he needs more training to do things more efficiently. The guy who arranged this deal takes a big cut out of this deal, which is not fair at all. He needs to improve the accuracy in quoting by asking more questions, and do a detailed analysis to give an accurate quote. He needs to have the cleaner being trained more to provide quality service if he wants to charge a $55/hr premium cleaning fee. ================== Update: Michael called to find a remedy for this with a great attitude. He agreed to partly refund. He just started his business, and I provided him with honest feedback to help him to grow his business. His great customer service will help him to go along way.

All of our pricing is custom tailored to suit your needs. We offer individual FREE quotes to all of our customers and we base our pricing on # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, approximate SF, service package and any additional add-ons you would like in your service.
