So I did not understand that HVAC maintenance service call is to look at your HVAC and recommend anything that needs to be done. They do not actually do any maintenance on the call. For what he did, he came out when he said he would and was very reasonable with his charge. He gave me a list of recommendations and costs for the items if I wanted to do them. He was very prompt and professional.

SDAC is an amazing company. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, ethic and work quality. I wanted to get my HVAC repair/replaced. Dan came in and did a thorough review and tried his best to do the repair and gave me an outline of what its going to cost. But the fix did not work which he did not charge me for. He then gave me quote for new HVAC system with multiple options and an option to finance it with 0% interest rate. These guys are very professional, the made sure to have their employee wear mask, gloves and cleaned the entire path in our home while they were working. When their estimate on the time to get a replacement part went longer than thought, they immediately called with the new timeline.
