I contacted the company about fixing my hot water heater. They answered promptly and gave me an appointment the very next day. My husband came home from out of town & fixed the problem himself. The company was very professional and polite when I informed them that I would have to cancel my appointment. They said it was no problem. I truly appreciated that!
