She exceeded our expectations! Our pet usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but she settled in with Claudia really quickly. She sent photos and updates the whole time, kept her routine exactly as normal, and on top of that even handled a few repairs and odds and ends around the house. We came home to a clean, organized space. Knowing everything was under control gave us total peace of mind during the trip. We’re already looking forward to booking her again. 😃
