- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing in the market. We guarantee the outcome so the customer is happy. Most of our leads and business comes past customers who refer us to customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do full discovery and review of the project over the phone in person. I follow-up with detailed proposal that includes aspects of the project. Time, material and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of painting and experience plus an extensive background in starting two other software businesses earlier in my career.
