Scott, with BLIS Construction was exactly what a General Contractor should be and do. We had several different quotes from different Companies here in San Diego that were obviously all over the board and we certainly weren’t looking for something cheap but we also weren’t looking to get ripped off, and Scott nailed it perfectly. From the moment he came to our house to do the initial estimate till the day he left he was attentive. He listened to everything we asked we had made several changes as things went on added some things that were weren’t initially part of the bid and at no point was there ever an issue with it. We asked for a couple of recommendations for Cabinet people and countertops, and both turned out fabulous! He gave us a timeline, even with the added stuff that we put onto it and still finished on time. You can tell he takes his business very seriously, and the crew that works with him also does as well, and if there are any issues, which, of course they’re always will be nothing goes perfectly. They were handled with professional, professionalism and attentiveness, and at no point that we ever feel like we were gonna get left behind with something that wasn’t gonna be repaired or fixed. We had our entire kitchen remodeled, We had new doors and trim installed as well as baseboards and flooring through the house. I would absolutely recommend and use him again without hesitation!

I originally reached out to Scott to get my upper cabinets and countertops done in my kitchen. After meeting with him and talking about the scope of work options, a whole cabinet replacement and partial renovation in my kitchen seemed very reasonable. He was easy to work with and took the time to talk through my concerns. His team was prompt and efficient. Scott built my new cabinets, tiled our wall, and leveled the dishwasher, among many other things. He helped us get our dream kitchen and coffee bar in our humble abode. Would work with him again in the future and highly recommend BLIS Construction

His attention to detail from tearing out everything to installation of my cabinets, countertops, new appliances was spot on! Scott did an amazing job renovating our master bathroom. It was easily the best contractor experience I've had. Scott was always on time and kept the project on schedule. He takes immense pride in his work, and the quality is top-notch. He kept me informed and explained everything clearly throughout the process, offering valuable advice along the way. His entire crew was also professional and polite. He finished the project on schedule and within our agreed-upon budget.We absolutely love our new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to work with Scott again. Highly recommend him to anyone! Scott is amazing! He is so easy to work with, and truly aims to please. I was impressed at our first meeting with how well he listened and problem solved. I could tell he was a true professional with a lot of experience. He was always right on schedule, and budget. I most highly recommend him!
