Omar and his crew were wonderful and really easy to work with. CLD installed a beautiful design, also done by Omar himself. They installed pavers, artificial turf, retaining wall, fire pit and a drought tolerant landscape. The outcome of the whole project was perfect. They followed through in every single detail. The selection on plants brings color to my backyard. The detail Omar has for plants and hardscape is tremendous. The communication was on point and as well the patience to deal with someone like me lol. I will definitely have Coastline Landscape Development back to renovate my front yard. I definitely recommend Coastline Landscape Development!!!

Coastline Landscape Development was very prompt to supply a design that would fit our needs and still give us the curb appeal. With the drought we thought that the only way to get a low maintenance landscape was to just have succulents and mulch installed in our property, but no Omar presented a reliable design with dozens of plants that bloom through various seasons giving us color throughout the whole year. My wife loves the whole installation from plants all the way too the pavers installation. Not only did we want a low maintenance landscape but also some hardscape for our patio areas. Coastline Landscape Development installed Antique Cobble Manor pavers, Country Manor retaining wall and Artificial Turf. What we like the most is that not only does the hardscape comes together but as well so does the installation of the plants, it all blends in together with the hardscape and artificial turf. I would recommend Coastline Landscape Development to any one who doesn't have a green thumb and wants great quality work. Thanks Omar and Coastline Landscape Development

I am pleased with the work Coastline Landscape Development has accomplished at my home. Omar was on point with all of our needs. He listened to what we were in desperate to get done for our curb appeal. The detail on everything coming together was excellent. All the plants, hardacape really turns heads around. We have gotten dozen of compliments and will definitely recommend Coastline Landscape Development. Omar and his crew put brand new beautiful plants that will bloom every season of the year so we won't have just desert plants, he installed a walkway and patio area of pavers, he also installed a retaining wall that goes very well with our selection of pavers and last but not least a river rock of Mexican Beach Pebbles. I'm satisfies with the final outcome. I will pass along the message and recommend Coastline Landscape Development.

Coastline Landscape Development did an amazing job redoing our front and backyard. Before we went with Coastline Landscape Development we had several companies come by and give us ideas or suggestions for our landscape. A lot of companies presented dull designs for big bucks. We were about to give up but not until Omar came by was when we were blown away by his design and precise selection for plants to combine with the hardscape we wanted installed. Omar and his crew installed pavers, retaining wall, irrigation and brand new drought tolerant landscape. All the investment was worth it at the end. I trully recommend Coastline Landscape Development!!!

Background Before hiring Omar I went through the process of trying to find a landscaping company. My husband and I bought our first home. We picked a home with an approx. 2000 sq ft back yard. Since it is new construction our backyard was just dirt. I called seven companies and only four companies came out to give me quotes. One company said our project budget was too small and said it wasn’t worth doing business with us. One said they would come out and never did, and another said they were not taking on projects from the ground up. Of the four companies that came out, one had a very high quote, and the others were about around the same price. This whole process took almost 2 months because I work and was only available on weekends to do research and be home for the quotes. Hiring Coastline Landscape Development I picked Omar and Coastline Landscape Development (CLD) for the following reasons: 1. Omar responded to my thumbtack job very quickly and set an appointment for a free quote within 24 hours. 2. He arrived early to the appointment. 3. He was polite, professional and patient. He let me talk about all the features, hardscape and plants I wanted without interrupting or judgement. Afterwards, I asked him even more questions, and he answered every single one in detail. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable, honest and fair. Especially based on the comparison with all the other companies and personnel I had dealt with. 4. He took measurements of the yard and offered a verbal estimate. 5. He sent me the detailed, itemized estimate within a week. The estimate included materials, labor based on square footage and a detailed design of our yard. The estimate was the lowest out of all the other estimates. During the Process 1. I changed my mind on some of the design features. Omar was flexible and patient with me. I researched different plants and hardscapes. I told Omar about them, and he gave me his honest opinions about them. He even called and drove to dozens of stores and nurseries in and around San Diego to find me all the plants and hardscapes that I wanted. I thought that was really awesome because I barely had the time to research on the computer. He took care of everything. 2. The hardscape, features and plants he installed are of the highest quality. Omar checked every paver, stone and plant that he installed in my yard himself to ensure its excellence. He didn’t install anything that was broken or give me any dead plants. He also told me how to maintain and care for my hardscape and plants in detail like which products to get and where to buy them. 3. We both had personal issues come up that needed to be dealt with immediately, but nothing in the project or quality of the job was affected by this. We were both up front with the issues and dealt with them through mutual respect and no judgement. Omar was so patient and respectful of me and family during the death of a family member and didn’t try to rush to get anything done or add any stress during my time of grief. That meant a lot to me. 4. Throughout the whole process, if I ever had a question about anything, he always responded to my texts and phone calls. This was important to me because I ask a lot of questions and need precise, knowledgeable answers to make decisions. I even researched the information that he gave me, and it was always precise and spot on. This made me trust his knowledge and expertise even more. Final Thoughts Overall, I had an extremely positive experience with Omar and CLD. Omar is a true professional. I started out with a big pile of dirt and now I have my dream backyard. I love it out here! I have my own little patch of paradise that my family and I can enjoy for many years to come.
