FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I have advanced training (Board Certified Coach specializing in Career Transition, Certified Professional Intuitive Coach, and M.A.), the most important things I have learned have been from my life experiences. The gifts of those experiences have shown me that each of us has the choice and power to fulfill our mission. The key is listening to and trusting our heart and soul. That's the essence of what I've helped clients with in the past 12 years... guided them to put that simple and powerful truth into action in their lives.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I remember when I was young I was able to see people's gifts and their potential paths. I didn't consider that as a career for many years, especially since I started coaching in the early 90's before it was a credentialed profession. Then after several career transitions, I was looking for someone to help me explore work that would feed my heart and soul, not just my bank account. The options I tried (professional development courses, self-help books, therapists, and career counselors) didn't give me the clarity and focus I sensed was possible. So I began to use spiritual practices, my creativity, and intuition to guide me. I felt more ease, joy and purpose in all areas of my life. I was inspired to share with others and they told me how helpful it was to them. So for the past 12 years, I've guided clients in using the tools, exercises, and processes I developed (and continue to use) on my journey.
