I work out 4 to 5 days a week lifting weights and ridding my bike. I went to see Monica for a deep tissue massage to focus on my lower back hips and legs. She is amazing!!! Not only did she listen to my focus areas and work on them, she educated me on how to relieve lower back pain. I found her massage extremely helpful and the day after my massage with her I was able to squat heavier weight than ever before and my lower back still feels great! I recommend the 90 min session because she was able to focus on my desired areas but also had enough time for a full body massage. I highly recommend Monica 5 Gold stars!!!
