- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and the level of service needed. We always provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer package deals and discounts for regular customers and multiple vehicles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask for photos of the vehicle and discuss their needs. Then I give an honest quote based on the car’s size and condition. On the day of service I arrive fully equipped — water, power, all tools — inspect the vehicle and walk the client through exactly what I will do before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally trained in paint correction, ceramic coating application, steam cleaning and interior restoration. Experienced with all vehicle types including luxury and exotic cars. Continuously learning new techniques and using industry-leading products.
