I had a very quick move. Everything was packed and the movers were very professional and did the job quickly. They took apart my bed and this was with no extra cost, and they wrapped up my mirror in a very careful manner. At my new house they put my bed back and arranged the furniture into the house how I wanted. Great service and worth hiring to get the job done!

I had a smallish move within Oceanside, and I choosed Best Fit Movers based on the reviews and their excellent website. I requested the quote thru website and in a few minutes one of their sales representatives called me. He was very patient with me and provide all the information that I requested. I couldn't have been happier with everything. In the day of the move a three guys crew came o time and were also polite, efficient, and nice. At the end of the the move, they assembled my bed frame together and put the mattresses on it! Everything was done!

Thank you, Best Fit Movers! My husband and I moved to San Diego from the Orange County. I found Best Fit Movers on Google, and after I met their estimator, which was very professional, I knew these is the company I want to hire. When the movers came to our house their foreman Alex , explained to me the steps of the move and how they will arrange my furniture into the truck, and more important how they will protect the items. We had to leave our apartment in 5 days, and we had to start looking for a new house ASAP. We signed a lease and wanted to move two days later. So we didn't had too much time to prepare the move. We called Best Fit Movers and arrange with them that the packing to be done in the same day with the move. They suggested that we should hire 3 movers because will be more efficient. The 3 movers arrived on time and start packing, after that, they moved everything into the truck. The move happened so fast for us that we can say we were lucky to find an apartment and a good moving company in such short time. Thank you so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our local moves, we charge by the hour. Movers start work once the client presses the start button on our tablet. The work ends once the last item has been unloaded and the client presses the finish button. Everything is being tracked electronically, so the client will have a complete breakdown of the hours and pricing. There are NO extra fees or hidden charges! If the distance between the pick-up and drop-off address is over 10 miles then the time for driving will be doubled. For example, 30 minutes of real-time driving will cost 1 hour. (The Double Drive Time Law (DDT)) No gas or mileage fees and no extra charges. Our company is fully licensed and insured. The following is included in our hourly rates: Truck & Movers Unlimited tape and plastic wrap Protective blankets Wardrobe boxes - only during the move Assembly and Disassembly Packing and Unpacking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is the client contacts me. Gives me a date, time, and the size of the move. I send the estimate and we proceed with booking. Booking can be done easily online or over the phone. The client will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail with all the necessary information regarding the move. The client looks it over, makes sure everything is correct, signs and submits it. That would complete the booking process.
