- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we requiered a 3 hours minimum. contact for small move and few items quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk about the pricing, and minimum details such as zip codes and size of move (studio, apartment, house) to book the service with us, then if the customer is willing to, we do an on phone consultation so they can provide us more specific details of what they need to move. We process the request and we send an email confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers have been on the moving service for over 5 years, making us a company with real professional movers.
