- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi! We offer the most competitive prices on the San Diego moving market: 2 movers - $109 cash/ $119 card 3 movers - $149 cash/ $159 card 4 movers - $189 cash/ $199 card We do have a $50 gas fee (one time payment) According to the laws of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), moving companies are required to charge double drive time. For example, if it's a 15 minute drive - we calculate 30 minutes, if it's a 30 minute drive - we calculate 60 minutes. There's no additional charges unless you have heavy items over than 250 lbs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either ask customers to send the photos of the possessions or we come physically to the customers house. Also 100$ prepaid deposit is required to make sure of customers intention. We arrange the date of moving and quantity of movers. No hidden fees and extra charges as long as the customer has items which weigh over 300 lb.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has more than 5 years of experience in moving and is able to relocate any valuable items. Our new employees pass 3 days of practice and learn how to protect differently shaped things. We test our drivers in terms of driving safely fully loaded trucks.
