Moved from a 2 bedroom, 3rd floor apartment, to a 3 bedroom house. Amazing guys. Enrique, Jonas, and Matt were so fun and made moving stupid easy! The movers were so personable and funny. They really made what is usually a stressful day, fun and easy! This was our first time using movers in San Diego and I am so glad that we called Flexdolly. I had a very heavy (330lb) and oversized (43"Wx73"Lx20"H) coffee table delivered to the first level of my home by Arhaus, but had no way to get it up the staircase to my second floor living room. Their contracted delivery company would not move it upstairs for me so it was left sitting in my garage. With the staircase ranging from 39"-41" wide at certain points, it made this even more challenging because the coffee table could not be carried up flat. I reached out to Flexdolly and Nas quickly responded back that his team could definitely take care of the move. He said they had a window open that same afternoon and could come by and take care of it for me the same day I contacted Flexdolly! The guys showed up and were incredibly nice, prepared, and professional. They didn't rush the job, but were also super efficient and didn't waste any time getting started. The team was very respectful of my new construction home, using proper equipment and being cautious of walls, handrails, stairs, glass, etc. Despite the oversized coffee table and the tight stairway, there was no damage even though I had expected some dings due to the difficulty of the move! Overall, it was an extremely positive experience and I have nothing but good things to say about the team and their work. I would definitely recommend Flexdolly whether someone is moving one object or an entire house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✅Flexdolly Moving bills hourly for local moves (3 hours min). Additional time is pro-rated by 15-minute increments.
✅We understand that every moving project is different and unique. The quote that will be given to you is based on the information you provide to our sale manager. So please make sure to provide as much details as possible to avoid any additional cost.
✅Unlike other moving companies, we will NOT charge you extra fees for stairs, parking, long carry, using moving blankets, shrink wrap or EVEN double time drive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
✅Every customer is our top priority at Flexdolly Moving! We have very simple but effective steps with our customers when it comes to providing a moving quote.
✅We offer phone call, text messaging or e-mail consultation where we discuss your project. We will ask question about volume of the job, inventory list, distance between addresses, complexity of the job, the desire date .. We highly recommend providing picture for an easy process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You are guaranteed professional movers who show up with a smile and a can-do attitude. Our movers are trained on how to professionally disassemble, assessable and wrap different types of furniture. We have a quality control manager that observes our workers and provides feedback and training for constant improvement of our services.
