- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Husky Moving & Storage charges by the hour (with a 3 hour miniumum), rates vary depending on the number of movers and trucks needed for the move. According to CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) provisions, all local moving companies must charge double drive time between pick-up and delivery addresses. there is no extra charge for miles or fuel travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we need some basic information about the move in order to give you a quote, such as the pick-up and delivery addresses, The number of bedrooms your residence contains? Is there stairs or elevators involved durning the move? If there is a long walk to and from the truck to the residence? after we get all this information we usually get an idea for how many movers and trucks the move will be needing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers from San Diego County like local San Diego people, newcomers in to the city, home interior designers, real estate companies. At the end of the day what is more important to us is having a happy customer.
