The company is quick to respond and simple to schedule with. My movers were Nico and Marco and they were the sweetest.
They did an amazing job, were communicative and ended up working a longer day than anticipated.
They never once complained, but simply offered to keep working to help ensure I completed my move. They also helped disassemble some items I didn’t have time to; which as you can imagine, removed a lot of stress.
There was one minor thing that required follow-up. Nico followed up quickly and took care of it promptly. Had an amazing experience, and these guys in particular were lovely to work with.

Excellent! In a Heartbeat, I recommend the MoveMates Team. Wish I could select all 5 values. Continuous communications by text prior to the move and throughout. Very thorough documentation, move suggestions, and regulations. In one day, a 2 bdrm/2 ba apt cleanout. 1st stop to VA Thrift to unload 2/3rds of furniture that could not be accommodated. Final stop unload, reassemble, and placement. Pricing is reasonable and transparent; what they offer is what is written. Yes, long day and the team did not ask for more than their original estimate; time and materials. Professional from introduction to day's end.

Nico and his team were amazing. From the moment we started looking for movers to the moment we moved, he was involved and communicated everything. By far the smoothest move we have had. He even was flexible with date changes. 100% will hire again should we need to move.
Fast, efficient and professional. We had 3 moversmoving a 3/2.5 1100 sq ft 2 story house to a 3/2 single story house and everything was loaded and unloaded within 4 hours.
They even secured our tv in living room for transport and unload. Nothing was broken and they were so efficient.
Moving with children is stressful enough, Nico and his team made everything so easy and stress free. The major furniture pieces were moved house to house, room to room with the remaining boxes/totes labeled for us to organize as we preferred.
