The company is quick to respond and simple to schedule with. My movers were Nico and Marco and they were the sweetest.
They did an amazing job, were communicative and ended up working a longer day than anticipated.
They never once complained, but simply offered to keep working to help ensure I completed my move. They also helped disassemble some items I didn’t have time to; which as you can imagine, removed a lot of stress.
There was one minor thing that required follow-up. Nico followed up quickly and took care of it promptly. Had an amazing experience, and these guys in particular were lovely to work with.

Excellent! In a Heartbeat, I recommend the MoveMates Team. Wish I could select all 5 values. Continuous communications by text prior to the move and throughout. Very thorough documentation, move suggestions, and regulations. In one day, a 2 bdrm/2 ba apt cleanout. 1st stop to VA Thrift to unload 2/3rds of furniture that could not be accommodated. Final stop unload, reassemble, and placement. Pricing is reasonable and transparent; what they offer is what is written. Yes, long day and the team did not ask for more than their original estimate; time and materials. Professional from introduction to day's end.

These guys are amazing. Arrived exactly on time, professional service was provided throughout, extremely efficient, and skilled in dissembling and putting furniture back together. I think their prices are in alignment with industry standards, however their quality was ABOVE and BEYOND m! Thank you for helping us move from LaMesa to Escondido with ease and care!

Best moving company I have used over 30 years. Very professional, efficient, skilled, and demonstrated experience handling large and small fragile items. I am moving again 30 days and will use MoveMates again. Highly recommended for any move and very competitive pricing.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it simple and upfront — no hidden fees, ever. Our rates are competitive, and we offer special discounts for seniors, veterans, and repeat customers. Need help with something heavy or delicate like a piano or safe? We’ll give you a heads-up on any extra cost before moving day, so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a quick chat — you tell us what you need, and we’ll tailor a plan that fits. Once we confirm the details, our crew shows up on time, ready to work. We handle your items like they’re our own and make sure everything ends up right where you want it. Easy, smooth, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are trained in the real-world skills that matter: safe lifting, smart packing, careful driving, and protecting your belongings. We also follow safety and customer service best practices to make your move a breeze from start to finish.
