We were looking for a coach that would help Zoey to become more confident and learn self defense. We found out Selina was doing private training at our local gym and thought that would be the perfect coach for Zoey. Selina does Muay Thai and Kickboxing and she’s a cool person to hang out with. We decided it would be a great bonding experience for me to do some sessions with Zoey and it definitely has been fun seeing her work hard and learn. We would definitely recommend her to get some PTs in or even join her classes.

I have extraordinarily high standards for endeavors that I spend time and money on--Stefan almost immediately exceeded said expectations. I came to Stefan with a boxing background with a sprinkling of Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. I found Stefan because I was looking for a professional who would really help me grow as an athlete and up my level of badassery. Stefan is super easy to connect with and I feel we developed a level of comfortability very early on. It's clear that Stefan personalizes each of his clients' training program based on their fitness goals; everything from conditioning, self defense, to dominating in the ring (my jam!). His passion for martial arts and self-improvement matches my perfectionist attitude; he corrects my mistakes and forces me to get out of my head when I'm not quite on my game. Good days and bad, I leave every session knowing that I'm progressing. Whether you've had enough of one-size-fits-all group fitness classes, come to the realization that self defense courses only provide a false sense of confidence, or are on the path to becoming a Muay Thai champion--you can't go wrong with Stefan.
