Introduction: I am a culinary graduate from Johnson & Wales University with 21 years experience cooking. I am professionally trained as a pastry chef with a passion for savory cooking as well. I am an all-purpose chef for hire; very skilled at creating birthday/wedding cakes, tasting menus, and private dinners; teaching cooking/baking classes; and working on corporate events, wine/beer pairing dinners, brunches and everything in between. Available for private chef needs, I use only the best-quality ingredients and locally sourced organic produce and sustainable proteins. Cooking is my passion!
