She is awesome! She helped me through my injury and made sure everything was what was best for me. Despite knowing I was not a long term client, she still tried her hardest to help me and gave me tips and exercises I could do for when the time came when I was no longer requesting her services. She was very flexible and understanding of my situation.

It's been great training with Lisa. She is very insightful and caring. Lisa is a wholistic trainer that understands that great fitness come from balancing mental, emotional and physical health. I feel and look stronger, have better balance of all things that contribute to a healthy lifestyle . Thanks to her I enjoy working out. I appreciate her smile and making me feel comfortable while at the same time pushing me to reach my goal.

Had excellent sessions with Lisa so far ! Lisa is amazing when it comes to defining the exercises for each session - normally she informs the areas being worked on for the week & each session includes set of compound exercises focusing on intended muscle group. Lisa really listens to what one has to say (for ex. I had a temporary soreness on lower back & she was versatile to change exercise routine which still worked out the intended muscle group (without involving lower back a lot) . This is a great attribute ! Thank you Lisa !

“I can't say enough about Lisa. Since our first text, Lisa has been there to answer all my questions. The first time I talked to Lisa (phone call) to discuss the possibility of hiring her as my personal trainer, she spent over 45 minutes asking me questions and discussing a workout plan.
