Chef Taylor Dennis did an outstanding job catering a fabulous Thanksgiving feast for our family. It was the best prepared tender and moist turkey accompanied by delicious side dishes. Every dish was expertly prepared and full of flavor. My nephew is allergic to pumpkin so he made a decadent chocolate mouse and chocolate chip cookies for him for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and everyone had seconds. I highly suggest you contact Chef Taylor Dennis for your next catering event. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with on the menu. I give him a 10 star rating!!

Chef Taylor created our celebration dinner to mark our daughter’s college graduation. He is an easy person to work with. He provided menu options and alternatives. He was able to create a menu for 9 and the dietary restrictions. Charlie doubled as our photographer and took photos in the middle of the meal so we could catch the light from the sun setting. The team of 3 came in quickly and prepared into a kitchen unseen before the event. Our menu was: signature salad, crab cake, lemon sorbet palate cleanser, beef short rib or salmon, cheese board and bananas foster. Everything was delicious. I hope I am lucky enough to return to San Diego and hire Chef Taylor for a dinner or two. This was an amazing experience. At the end of the evening I walked into the kitchen and it was so clean one wouldn’t know they had cooked a feast for 9.

I don’t really know where to start. This is the first time I have had a chef come to the house. My friend turned 40 and we wanted to something special. Chef Taylor blew us out of the water. He was beyond fantastic. So easy to plan and talk to. Not pushy. Was so prompt. We had vegetarian and meat eaters and he was very accommodating. the food..... the food was incredible. He had brought another chef and a server. They to were also personable and courteous. I didn’t lift a finger the whole night. After the 4 courses (fine dining I have to add ) were served they cleaned my whole kitchen. All 9 of us are dreaming about the food still. We are already planning something just so we can have them back. Chef Taylor. Hats off to you. You nailed it. Thank you for bringing high quality fine dining to my back yard.

This was a large party with 45+ guests. I had many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food--everyone said it was delicious. The chef's team made sure everyone got plenty to eat, and circulated with champagne flutes to see that everyone could celebrate. A number of guests took the chef's card for possible future events. I would hire Chef Taylor again if the occasion arises.
