Private Dinner Parties $100/ per guest (parties of 8 or more a Server is recommended for an additional $150) Event Catering Buffet $55-65/ per guest depending on Menu and party size Wedding Plated Service w/ Tray Passed Apps $75/ per guest Wedding Buffet Service w/ Tray Passed Apps $65/ per guest Wedding Buffet w/ No Apps $55/ per guest
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to schedule a time to speak over the phone to ensure that all of your questions are answered. My job is to make your life easier and show your guests the best time possible! I have dozens of Menus to send over but am also happy to customize to a customer's requests, including integrating Vegan options or accommodating for any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent over a decade cooking in some of the best kitchens in the city, including working under Chef Ryan Johnston, an award winning Chef and former protege of Thomas Keller, at his former venue WhisknLadle which was San Diego's first Farm To Table Restaurant, as well as at his Michelin Star rated restaurant Catania, both located in La Jolla. I also started out working under Chef Keegan Gerhard, former host of the Food Network Challenge and a renowned Chef and Restauranteur from Chicago and Denver.
