Valeria was so kind as to agree to a last minute dinner for 2. She was able to quickly come up with a sample menu which helped make the planning process so much more understandable and efficient. The three appetizers were colorful and delicious. We had a crispy and juicy duck with a cherry sauce that was cooked to perfection. The kitchen was left spotless. I would highly recommend Wonder Tastings.

I recently hired Wonder Tastings and was blown away by her incredible food. The dishes were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp ceviche which had a perfect balance of flavors and hands down the best I have ever eaten. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, providing great recommendations on what to try when I booked. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Wonder Tastings for anyone looking for a fantastic private chef experience.

I hired Valeria for my daughter and son in law 1st anniversary dinner. They were in San Diego for a wedding. I wanted to make it special. I read Valeria reviews and knew I was going to hire her and her team. She did not disappoint. With a last minute call to her she was exceptionally professional. I had to change dates and times several times with Valeria. She kept patient and calm through my scheduling needs. I was annoyed with me. To top it off the stove/oven on site broke down the night before. Still Valeria kept her cool. She cooked this huge meal at her place. She setup and delivered the meal on time. On point. I forgot to mention it was for 10 people. Thank you Valeria!! You are awesome!!

Highly recommend Wonder Tastings!!! 10/10
We booked a chef and bartender for a bachelorette party of 15 girls. Communication was great from start to finish.
We got to personalize our menu. We had a spread including: fruit, breakfast burritos, bacon, avo toast, chorizo/potatoes, migas and a few other items. It was so so good!!! All the girls were complimenting the food.
The drinks were also delicious and service was amazing!!

Just a quick note to let others know how much we enjoyed the experience of having Valaria as our private chef for the evening. It was my first time exploring this as a dining celebration, and it was truly worth every penny. Right off the bat, Valaria was the first chef to respond to my request, and she put together a delicious and popular menu for me to peruse. I was impressed that she took the time to put together a popular menu (based on my request), before we even had a chance to talk. Valaria was very professional and the food quality was outstanding. I only wish I had known that her true passion is within the area of Mexican cuisine. That will be the next menu. Thanks for a memorable evening Valaria!
