- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing that sets Tidee Foxes aside from most other organization companies, is that we always work together. Every job booked, gets us both on site, which makes for a speedier process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Tidee Foxes, we are a team. Working with us, always means you get two organizers for each job. We have developed a process that helps us get you to your goal, as quickly as possible. We start with a consultation before we arrive. We typically like to see several photos of the space and want to know what your goals are. Then we set a date, or dates. Upon arrival for the appointment, we remove everything from the space that we will be organizing. Then, along with our client, we discuss what gets kept, trashed or donated. We also take this opportunity to discuss if our client has any particular requests for their finished space. Once that procedure is complete, we move on to phase two. No longer requiring the client to be involved, we start returning items to the space. We ensure every item has a place, with maximum use of the space. Client is asked to return, and asked if they desire any changes. Phase three, sometimes being the next day - we shop (if necessary) for containers. Containers are not mandatory, but are highly suggested for optimal space efficiency. We return to the client’s home, we complete a soft set, (not permanent) and get items into the containers. Client is asked once more to return, and approve all work. Once given the go ahead, we remove all tags from containers and fine tune, to create the overall finished goal. Lastly, the client returns and we present them to their new space. We go step by step in showing the client how their new space works, helping them understand and feel empowered to maintain their new space.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At Tidee Foxes, we are two moms (with all teenagers) finally looking to do something for ourselves, and have something we can call our own. We have been friends for 18 years, and have always shared a passion for being organized in our own homes. After years of “thinking about it” we decided it was time to do it. We are incredibly happy that we did, because we absolutely love what we do!
