He is absolutely the best trainer I could have imagined. He is tough but in the best way. He pulled strength out of me that I wasn’t sure I still had. If you put it the work he will she up every time. I would recommend him ten times over if I could. Reggie makes sure that he is working all aspects of health, nutrition, physical and mental. I am so appreciative of the time he put in with me.

I’ve been training with Reggie for 8 months now, and the progress I’ve made is beyond anything I imagined. I’m now doing 10 pull-ups when I couldn’t even do one at the start! Reggie has been great. When I came to him I weighed 180lbs. After 3 months I was down to 150lbs and now after 6 months I’m at about 130lbs. My God Reggie is awesome. He explained and actually showed me the importance of nutrition. He made me understand the importance of strength training. I always thought cardio was key, he showed me how building lean muscle mass changes everything. He helped me change my life. Thanks Reggie!! Anyone who trains with him will have the benefits of dealing with a master motivator and a great coach who is driven by results.
