Being able to work with Bri has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. My workout journey has been quite a roller coaster. Prior to seeing her I lost nearly fifty pounds on my own. I did strict dieting 24/7, I did work outs that I saw on YouTube or whatever the “ cool influencers” were doing at the time to get the perfect body. When I would go to the gym I I had no idea what I was doing I felt so miserable I would constantly look at the others to see what they were doing and I would copy them. Fast forwarding to meeting Bri in October she just really changed my whole view on health and working out in general. She encouraged me to eat my carbs! And told me to not restrict myself on carbs and I feel like that is so important to tell your clients. That eating carbs is okay! A lot of these fast diets will constantly put major emphasis on “ low carbs” but working with Bri she made me really understand how crucial carbs are for my journey and the goals I had for myself. All of these diets tell you that you cannot eat what you truly love you can’t have “ any sweets”. However, Bri taught me the 80/20 method. Which is eat 80% good foods with proteins, carbs, etc and then that 20% to the sweets or whatever you love to indulge in. I honestly apply these method everyday and it makes me feel good about myself and does not feel like I’m following some intense diet that I did in the past. When I’m training with Bri she pushes me to try my best but she does not go over board. I had a really bad experience with a personal trainer at my gym where he pushed me way too hard and at one point called me lazy. I felt like I was dying when I worked out with him. But Bri honestly has such a nice balance. She pushes you because she knows you can do however, she does not go crazy. She listens to her clients and studies their body language and if she knows that they are not feeling well she immediately has them stop and has them rest. She constantly gives positive reinforcement and I truly do not feel like I’m working out with a personal trainer it feels like I’m working out with a good friend. I am truly grateful for her she has taught me so much. Every week I see her she teaches me new workouts that I apply when I workout at by myself. Now when I’m on my own at the gym I know exactly what I’m doing because of what Bri taught me and I just feel happy when I’m at the gym not miserable. Bri by far has been crucial to my workout journey! If you want a personal trainer who is understanding, gives so much support and guidance, who is always there for you, who teaches you a different approach to working out / health , and also teaches you techniques you can use at the gym by yourself then Bri is your person and sign up for the consultation! I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed. I know that I made one of the best decisions.

I was really nervous about getting a personal trainer but honestly all I can say it’s been a great experience! Bri is really motivating and down to earth. You won’t regret having her as your personal trainer !!!

My first experience with personal training and Bri has made it amazing! She pushes me and has made working out more enjoyable and challenging in the best way. Her workouts are never boring and she has a great personality! She always ensures I am using correct form and I have already seen great results that are actually sustainable. I’m SO happy to have found Bri. I needed a push to get back into gear and could not have found a better trainer. Bri is very knowledgeable and will help empower you and support/push you towards your goals. I’m EXCITED to get to the gym on my training days thanks to Bri. I’m seeing growth after only a couple of weeks progress. I’ve also already referred a couple of friends her way. :) (it also doesn’t hurt that the gym is a cool environment and the other trainers are all friendly.) Can’t wait to see continued growth!
