About
I am a NASM certified personal trainer in San Diego, CA. I primarily help clients build muscle (hypertrophy training). You will get stronger and efficiently burn fat. I will teach you the proper lifting techniques and progressive overload while helping exercise become part of your daily routine. I train at a semi-private gym in central San Diego. The gym is specifically for personal trainers and their clients. It is equipped with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, etc. The space is clean, well maintained, and located in the Bay Park area of San Diego, CA. I began my own fitness journey in 2014. At the time, I didn’t exercise or have any healthy daily habits. I decided one day I was tired of feeling tired. I was 24 years old and had a hard time going up 2 flights of stairs. I was a skinny guy with no muscle. I wanted to change. I spent the next several years getting in shape and finding the joy in exercising. Fitness became so important to me, that I changed careers and began training clients in 2017. I want to help others in their fitness journeys because I felt I didn’t have a resource when I first started. I want to “simplify" fitness and help you feel the amazing benefits.

10/10 HIGH RECOMMEND: I started my training with Bradley at the top of 2021 with one goal in mind: be in the best shape of my life heading into my 30’s. What was meant to be a 3-month program leading up to my birthday, wound up extending into a longer commitment because of how great I felt. My sessions with Bradley had such a positive impact on my physical and emotional health. I started to regain my self-identity and confidence; something I was struggling with post pregnancy. Working with Bradley was great! I had no confidence in myself or my knowledge of working out. I couldn’t get myself to workout in public, let alone know what I was doing. Bradley helped get me past that and I’ve seen so much progress working with him. A great value for great training.

I trained with Bradley a little over a year, and we would meet twice a week. That made a huge impact in my mental health and overall life. My goal was to lose my covid weight but Bradley explained to me that it's not about being skinny, it's about being healthy and happy with your body. Obviously I lost the weight and even gained muscle, which I thought I couldn't. Gyms used to scare me and the machines intimidated me. Bradley explained what the machines are used for and how to use them properly. Now I can go to a gym and not feel like I don't know what I'm doing. I loved working with Bradley because he was fun, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, attentive and over all theraputic.

When I was looking to work with a personal trainer, I had special circumstances and limitations. Bradley was extremely accommodating and creative towards my needs. He was always punctual and fun to train with. I had a lot going on during the time that I worked with Bradley but he was always flexible with last minute scheduling needs. More importantly, Bradley was super encouraging and supportive! I’d recommend him to anyone who’s looking to get serious about their fitness routine.

Working with Bradley from day 1 has been a great experience for my health and wellness. Being intermediate in my fitness, Bradley helped expand my workout style, routine, and new exercises to continue my wellness growth.
