I have a Master’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and an undergraduate degree from San Diego State University, and I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning professional. I also have 2.5 years of collegiate strength training experience with UC San Diego.
I currently serve as an adjunct professor of Kinesiology at San Diego Miramar College and work as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the San Diego Miramar College Fire Academy.
