Christian is an extremely intuitive, encouraging teacher. He has the ability to customize his program to all experience levels, often on the fly. I've taken both yoga and fitness classes from Christian - it's very rare to find an instructor that is knowledgeable in both disciplines. Christian easily identified my strengths and weaknesses, and helped me improve my yoga practice and overall fitness.
