Working with Madison has been amazing! She has helped me get my strength back after having a major surgery. She was great with listening and adjusting the workout to fit what I needed to recover and to mitigate pain. She’s been a great coach and has worked with my schedule through other follow up procedures. She will tailor your exercises to get you to your goals. It has been wonderful working with Madison. I cannot recommend her enough!
Also a huge plus (for me) the gym she works out of is typically empty or maybe one other person there. The environment is super welcoming, and all of the equipment is new and well cared for.

At first I was quite hesitant to work with a coach in any capacity. When I had started chatting with Madison in the very beginning she created a safe space for me and allowed me to have feelings and worries about working with and opening up to someone. After the first few weeks we were in stride and once the program was over, I realized how much had changed in me because of all the work I had done with Madison. She not only focused on the goals I set in the beginning but as my goals changed she easily transitioned into to a supportive coach for any and all new goals that arose. She created a space that I felt comfy being vulnerable and more open than I have ever been with anyone.
If you are on the fence, take the leap. That is my greatest advice. Madison is a wonderful coach and supportive person who is truly there to see you succeed.

Working with Madison has been a game changer for me after having my second child. Madison is always flexible with my schedule, if I can’t find a nanny for the baby I can bring him along to my workout. Not only has Madison helped me reach my fitness goals, but she’s helped me be mindful of my mental health during my weight loss process, which is so important. Madison is extremely educated and it shows in the work we do together in the gym. Training with Madison has improved my physique and my life! I would recommend anyone to train with her but especially if you’re pregnant or postpartum. She’s amazing!
