- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on my clients' needs. Most of my clients are on monthly plans for a given number of sessions per week, and sessions start at $30. Partner sessions (you and a friend, spouse, teammate or colleague) start as low as $20 per person per session and are a great way to get an affordable plan that’s customized to you! There will never be any additional fees besides what you pay me for training!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a no-obligation complimentary session and consultation, in which the customer and I determine what they need and if we're a good fit. From there, we work together on a comprehensive diet, exercise, and lifestyle plan to get the client to their own specific goals. No two of my clients are the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The CSCS is the same certification held by most Strength and Conditioning Coaches at the Collegiate and professional level. The NSCA is accredited through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, a governing body considered the gold standard for certifications in the USA.
