Ok real quick, if you don't mind me asking, can you give me some mores specifics on fitness goals? for example: is there a certain amount of weight you are trying to lose, muscle you are trying to gain, or is it more of a look you are going for?
Elite training is a national brand and is considered to be San Diego’s premiere training gym. What set’s Elite apart is our level trainers, our exclusive facilities, our high level of training and out budget friendly pricing. We have 50 trainers who apply here per month which give us the ability to be very selective about which ones we hire. We keep our lockers, bathrooms and showers pristine and have towel service, filtered water and a 100% training exclusive atmosphere. 80% of our clientele are business professionals looking to incorporate training and fitness into a program that equals lifestyle transformation!
Here are some more details about our program and pricing etc. We like everything to be as straightforward as possible. I include everything and build you a whole fitness program:
nutrition program
a cardio or weights program to do outside of your session
a flexibility and stretching program
and your sessions, which are customized to your specific goals
In regards to cost, we charge much less than most gyms: our prices per session are on average 37.5-50/session, the sessions are travel safe, so if you never lose sessions if you need to travel for work or business.
I also offer a free first session/assessment, where we give you a free workout, gym tour, nutrition tips, fitness assessment etc.
