When Glen first started working with me , in San Diego CA , he motivated me to not give up and keep trying. He would train me for about an hour a day three times a week; within weeks I was seeing results and feeling better about myself. What impress me about the service was his knowledge on the workouts and diets , he knows so much. Glen was always on time and a very nice person. He is a great trainer to have and I would recommend him to anyone. I wish he would of stayed in San Diego to keep training with me, but I'm glad I had a chance to work with him. He is a great inspiration. :)

Being Glen's big sister, I was a little nervous about training with him at first. He's so physically fit & I haven't really worked out like him since college. Glen was able to progressively get me back into the best shape of my life while I was living in San Diego. Too bad he had to leave to pursue his career as a professional basketball player :(((. Eventually I moved back to our hometown where he visits from time to time & may squeeze in a session w/me :)))). I wish my little brother nothing but success & would recommend him to any & everyone looking to get in shape.

I am not a gym rat whatsoever. Glen is good out switching things up. Keeping it interesting. Being creative on the place (I prefer outside) and working various muscles on the different days.

Glen customized each workout to each client, and it seems like you never do the same routine twice. When I worked with Glen, we did his famous "20-minute challenge" ....who knew a 20-minute workout could be so damn hard! Try the 20-minute challenge yourself, I guarantee you won't be disappointed! The best part of the workout apart from the speed at which you complete it is that glen can gear it up or down for any fitness level. Highly recommended!
