My base price includes a 1 hour personal training session as well as comprehensive exercise program design, and nutritional planning for your individual needs. I work out of my home gym in Rancho Penasquitos. My knowledge and experience is what sets me apart from other trainers. While I have always been active in sports, I requested Greg’s assistance completely new to gym workouts and was starting from zero knowledge. Greg was referred to me as he was willing to come to my condo’s gym so I could avoid a public gym, which was a bit intimidating. Greg is a very professional, knowledgeable trainer with a patient and kind demeanor. He took the time to understand my (lack of) background and eased me into a weekly routine that I have enjoyed maintaining. A few weeks into working out, I was in a car accident and Greg was able to quickly shift to a regimen to help re-strengthen my core and be sensitive to a neck and back that were in bad shape. Now a couple of months later, I am mostly healed and pushing to a more challenging regimen with varied exercises. I have gained some confidence, begun to see some positive changes in my body (despite my limited time with Greg due to my schedule) and gained a good bit of knowledge to independently tackle the routines he has introduced. I look forward to future training sessions.

Greg is brilliant! Any obstacle I encountered he came up with a solution from diet to exercise. He pushed me to my limits without seeming bossy. He challenged me and kept me accountable which really helped me succeed. Greg always inspired me with his knowledge and practical sense. Greg not only gave great diet and exercise advice but he lived it in his own fitness regime. Greg is wise beyond his years in nutrition and exercise regiments. He helped me lose 20 pounds and make many lifestyle changes. I still think of him when I make food choices or doing certain exercises. He is not only personable, brilliant but entertaining which helps distract from difficult exercises. I wholeheartedly recommend Greg. You will never meet a more skilled professional.

I have been training with Greg for almost 5 yrs. I injured my back 6 yrs ago and was basically useless at my jobs because of it. I figured getting my back stronger was the key so I went to Greg. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! I have two very physical jobs that consist of lifting, which I can now do without injuring myself. I can lift an 85 lb dog ( if I absolutely needed to) and I can lift 1/2 of a backboard with a 300lb person on it (which I do often). Greg does training specific to both my jobs ("patient pulls", "gurney transfers", "dog lifts", etc). If there isn't a know exercise, he makes one up after I show him what I have to do at work. Greg will work around your schedule and he can help you with your diet/nutrition. He has made my daily life so much easier and always has suggestions for ways to relieve my chronic back pain (without medications). Thanks Greg !!!!!

I have been training with Greg for the past 2 years. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is a consummate professional with a thorough command of how the body functions. Unlike other trainers I worked with in the past, Greg approaches training cerebrally with a thoughtful and focused strategy geared towards me as an individual with specific goals vs a cookie cutter training approach. Case in point, I had a severe shoulder injury from a car accident, and Greg worked around the injury and helped me to strengthen it and regain function. Two of my stated goals in the beginning were to strengthen and build my glutes (what woman doesn’t want a great posterior!) , and to build my back. We have achieved those goals. Greg always changes things up, and I’m constantly amazed by the variations he comes up with to keep my body guessing and growing. He comes prepared for my workouts; he doesn’t just “wing” it when I come in which has been something I encountered with past trainers. I moved an hour away about a year ago, but continue to train with Greg because it’s worth the drive to work out with him.

I went to Greg when I decided to to my first NPC bodybuilding competition. He really taught me so much about the competition aspect of the sport and help me expand my knowledge and get me started on the right track. With his help and education of the dieting and prepping guidelines, I was able to take that knowledge and help further myself in everything bodybuilding. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in getting under the stage lights.
