- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standardized pricing system consists of the commitment principle: the more you commit to us, the more we commit to you (our prices decrease based on your length of commitment). **With that being said, it is our utmost priority to make sure we do not over-sell or under-sell you. Meaning, if you need only 3 months of training, we will NOT sell you more. We want your experience to be fun and results-based. As we say, INTEGRITY is our cornerstone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a proven process. It has been refined by years of experience. -We help YOU to determine your goals. -We establish a baseline body composition measurement. -We create a specific program to reach those goals with working back from your goal end-date to your current baseline body composition. We then take your body composition measurements consistently every two weeks after our baseline so we can track your progress. -If your goal is strength training, we measure your results with our unique bi-weekly strength-training measurement system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of male and female trainers are all hand-selected, NASM certified trainers, and have been certified anywhere from 8-24 years. From the beginner who needs help getting started with professional guidance, to the high level athlete or model who wants to take things to the next level with a highly experienced coach; and for the hard working student or busy professional who needs to plug into a refined system, or for those who want the health and energy to play with their grandchildren for years to come: our trainers know how to get the results you want. Specializing in different aspects of conditioning, all our trainers have met the Iron Orr Fitness Gold Standard for personal training certifications, customer service and professionalism.
