FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is average. Most gyms will charge you a rate and hand off the client to whichever available trainer, regardless of their experience. As a 20 year veteran in the industry. Ive seen a lot and I’ve trained a lot. It’s a deal for my rate and many have insisted I charge more for the value of what their getting, but I want to help as many people as I can. And the results come faster than others who could charge less or even more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment of movements and discussing past injuries and past exercise experience. A quick 10 mins assessment sets the path for which direction to go and how to get there. All movements are demonstrated and then corrected while the client performs the exercise. I always spot and keep my eyes on the client, while monitoring at all angles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold many national certifications and specialty certificates. I am big into preventive exercises. Fixing tightnesses and weaknesses that can limit overall performance and hinder results. Senior citizens and young teens. Everyone has something they can work on to be better and fitter. Flexibility and nutrition education is something always incorporated.
