I have started working with Colin for the past month and a half and Colin is very passionate about what he does as a personal trainer. He comes up with new ideas so that the routine does not become stale. I have a shoulder that is recovering from surgery and he is conscientious about strengthening that area as well as listening to me; the client when it might be too sensitive for a particular movement. Colin will adjust the exercise if needed. Colin provides numerous amounts of information without having to ask such as what types of supplements are good for energy, brain activity and healing. Colin's workouts are challenging and he brings his own equipment as well as uses what I have. I am meeting my goals and plan to continue having him as my personal trainer. I would definitely recommend him. He is creative and listens to your needs and requirements!!!
