About
I bring an extremely detailed focus into movement patterns. I've been able to help many people reduce physical pain with this approach. Many trainers methods of operation are to make clients simply move more. This often leads to mechanical dysfunction and injury. My goal is to help you move better. Doing this ensures you reach your fitness goals Seeing my clients succeed! More exciting than the physical transformation is the emotional and mental gains people experience when they start exercising. Being active, having endless energy, and improving your confidence are all things you can expect to gain by adopting a fitness plan.

Luke's approach to corrective work blew my mind! Luke from LGF is very knowledgeable and truly is a health and fitness master. It's a amazing the results I had after a few minor tweaks. I look forward to working with Luke again in the future

Luke was one of four trainers that responded from my Thumbtack request. I was really pleased with my initial visit, where Luke showed me the fundamentals of strengthening exercises for basic everyday motions, eg: getting up off floor, lifting a heavy object from floor and pulling a heavy object, etc. These fundamentals are so basic and necessary. I am 68 and not physically fit, and these were smart choices to begin with. I was impressed by Luke's knowledge, and also his interest in really helping me attain a practical goal.

Although fit for my age category, I am nonetheless a 66 yr old matron. Luke is an expert in exercise physiology. He easily adapted my goal to strive for my personal best without over taxing my physical limits. I highly recommend Luke for his knowledge, attention to detail, encouragement, and undeniable results.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was passionate about exercise early on and new I wanted to make an impact in the lives of others. Combing these two was a no-brainer

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Does your trainer or coach adjust programs based on things like your posture and specific muscular needs. An example: If you're someone who sits at a desk all day and has rounded shoulder the last exercise you should perform would be push ups. Push up work the pectoralis muscles of the chest and doing so will increase the rounding slumped shoulders. Instead these muscles must be stretched. If your trainer doesn't address these types of needs I suggest you continue your search!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How simple is is to become a personal trainer. Sadly, all it takes is one simple test to earn a certification from even the leading organizations. While there are many fantastic trainers out there, having a certification does NOT ensure they are good.
