Introduction: I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have trained thousands of sessions over the years. I have helped many clients lose weight, gain muscle, and rehabilitate nagging injuries through safe and effective resistance training workouts. I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute training sessions in order to accommodate all schedules and budgets.
I enjoy helping people reach their health and fitness goals but get even more satisfaction when my clients can take these habits and continue them for the rest of their lives. My goal is to teach all my clients how to eat and exercise in order to stay fit and healthy in the long-run.
