I have been a CPT through ISSA since 2020, but my knowledge and experience traces back to my childhood growing up in a bodybuilding home. My focus is on YOUR results and getting there by any means necessary. Some of my competitors may be cheaper, but most trainers stop training once the session is completed. As your trainer I offer you nutrition guidance and accountability that stems outside the gym.
