- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge my clients monthly based on their session schedule. We set goals and standards so paying ahead of time keeps my clients on track and on schedule!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over their goals, struggles, fitness history and what really motivates them. From there we do a fitness assessment along with body composition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
