Laney has been such a fantastic trainer! All my life I was a super active person and then I was in a car accident a few years back, and since then I’ve struggled with chronic pain issues. As a woman in my 40s this has been devastating. There was only so much that physical therapy could do before they sent me off into the world telling me to try to get stronger, but I had all these issues to be careful of and certain mechanics of my body not working exactly right. Laney was great at listening and understanding all the different parts of my body that needed strengthening versus stretching, and she helped me understand what we were working with. With her guidance I have been able to improve my strength and do different types of agility exercises over time, which has been great for my posture and overall coordination. I’m feeling stronger, more balanced, and having less pain! I highly recommend her!
