Working with Sarah has been wonderful. She has taken my needs into consideration and created a tailored program to help me achieve my goals. Sarah is great. She is very thorough and places form and safety as a priority. Workouts are varied and tailored to your goals. Normally I dread exercising for a full hour but when we train I’m surprised when it’s time to cool down. Personally I judge a workout on how I feel in the days after and with Sarah I can absolutely tell my time with her was worth it. I’ve been working with Sarah for six months and I want to update my review. Training with her has been a terrific experience. I am in the best shape of my life and that’s a strong statement since I’ve been a long distance runner for nearly four decades. Sarah has taken me to a new level. She’s a smart trainer who has spent the time to evaluate my needs. Every time we meet, she develops a plan to ensure that I have a great workout. Sarah is an incredible trainer! She really listens to your goals and needs, and creates a personalized workout that works for you. She's also very understanding and flexible, and will work around your schedule. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are entirely dependent on several factors, such as how long each session is, how often you train and others. My goal with each client is to provide exceptional services at an affordable price. After all, the last thing I want is for cost to be an obstacle in someone's fitness journey. When we meet, you'll be presented all of the options available to you so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer each potential trainee a 100% free, no-obligation training session and consultation. This provides you with a great opportunity to get to know me, my training style and facility. In my opinion, personal training isn't something that can be explained adequately--it should be experienced. With the free session, it also gives me an opportunity to learn about you, your goals, wants and needs. Lastly, the sessions are FUN, not boring or too crazy. Results don't come in one day, and the process doesn't have to be a grind. With fun, personalized workouts, you'll be surprised how awesome it feels!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Certified Personal Trainer Certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
