- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A base price for 30-minute training sessions is $27.99 and 60-minute sessions are $49.99, but by purchasing one of our multi-session packages, clients are able to save even more money. In addition to that, payment plans are offered to help make personal training available for everyone and in the most affordable fashion, too. You can log on to our website to view our rates on the various plans we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first training session is strictly for analytical purposes to allow us to determine the new client's fitness level. It is common for new clients to be nervous about their performance, but, rest assured that at Showdown Fitness, you are in a no-judgment zone, and we simply ask everyone to do their best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Navy veteran and former competitive athlete, your personal trainer, Julio Lopez, is highly experienced in the intricacies involved in training to perform at the highest possible levels. Also, his training certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which is widely regarded as the gold standard of all certifications and the only fitness training certification accepted by most collegiate and professional strength training departments across the country, new clients can be confident that they are getting one of the best personal trainers in San Diego.
