I cannot recommend Teddy enough as a trainer. He knows how to strike the exact right balance between getting me to push myself harder, and knowing when I need an accommodation or a breather. He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition, muscle groups, and variations on exercises to get the most out of our time together - really bridging the mind-body gap in a way that works for me. Simply put, Teddy is the best, and I always leave my training sessions feeling great!

He is attentive and helps you work hard to achieve your goal. He knows it's challenging, however, he pushes you to do your best! He explains the workouts so you understand what muscles you're working and if you can't do the original workout, he gives you alternatives.

Teddy is an excellent trainer , very knowledgeable, he helped me to accomplish my workout routines by modifying what it needed to modify at that time , by focusing on our goals, he implements specific strategies to achieve our goals no matter the situation, I had knee problems and he help me with modifications to be able to do my workout routines, and get stronger and getting results, he is just awesome.

    Couples and Groups are always ideal, it’ll help motivate each other and also help stay consistent.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    In the Marine Corps, I was a combat and shooting instructor. After I got out, I went straight into Personal Training to continue teaching others. I have learned a lot about teaching others and motivating them to reach high levels of success.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always had a passion for helping others. I want to give back to my community and environment. Help people see real change and real results.
